For the occasion, our Chef Olivier Grégoire has concocted an exceptional 5-courses gourmet menu:
Jerusalem artichoke Vichyssoise, portobello mushrooms tartare, slightly roasted st-jacques and chestnut crumble
Lobster arancini with truffle sauce and mashed sweet patatoes with fine herbs emulsion
Deer filet with wild mushrooms, tatin-styled belgian endive, celeriac mousse and candied cranberries
Cheese selection with farmhouse walnut bread
